Today is the official day of love but no matter whether you're in a relationship or happily single, why not spread a little love?
It's easy to say that Valentine's Day is a commercial event dreamed up by card companies but really, why not use it as an excuse to tell someone special in your life how you feel? Or, even better, use today as a chance to give yourself a little bit of love.
Enjoy a cosy night in, watch a movie, treat yourself to a box of chocs, open a bottle of wine, enjoy a soak in the tub... whatever you like. Just give yourself a little bit of TLC.
And if you are in a relationship, make sure you do something together. Not because the card companies have told you to. Because you want to.
